    Emergency Medical Technician Faculty



    The technical instructor is responsible for performing all aspects of instruction for assigned program to include, but not limited to, implementing, revising, and evaluating assigned subject area using state standard curriculum; utilizing all resources within assigned curricular area efficiently; and providing up-to-date skills and knowledge of program area to meet the needs of students, as well as business and industry demands.

    Gwinnett County Fire and Emergency Services is seeking a part-time/adjunct paramedic instructor for the department's Paramedic/EMT Program. Duties include a flexible schedule of assisting with didactic, psychomotor and clinical courses as assigned to include oversight of students during patient care practice and testing, student record-keeping, and performance of other assignments outlined by the education program.
