Base fee:

Competition Conference Sponsor – $500.00
Company Logo and Name on all conference competition material, logo on competition shirts, signage with logo and info in prominent location, trophies with company name given to winners (Does Not Include Booth).
Conference Break Sponsor – $500.00
Company Logo and Name on signage located in prominent locations at the Break that is sponsored. Recognition of sponsorship in conference attendee packets and during conference session. (Does Not Include Vendor Booth)
Conference Vendor - 2nd Floor, Overlooking Atrium - Late – $800.00
Standard Booth space is customarily 8 by 10 feet with pipe and draping. Booth space includes a table and two chairs.
Vehicle Space - Late – $900.00
Vehicle spaces are located outside the conference facility. These spaces are limited and will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. A standard booth is included on the 2nd floor overlooking the atrium as all first floor atrium level spots are full.

The GA EMS & Educators Conference happens each October. Our vendors are what allows us to maintain our registration cost so we can keep the conferences affordable for each EMS professional in the State. It’s our goal to make our vendors feel that they’re receiving a benefit for the cost that they’re spending.
