Past Conference Transcripts

If you have attended a past conference or event hosted by the Georgia EMS Association, you were provided a continuing education transcript with a list of your continuing education hours either at the event or electronically after more recent events.

If you need a replacement continuing education transcript, there is a $5 charge for this service.  All you have to do is fill out the form below and complete the payment information.  Within 3-5 business days of receiving your request and payment, we'll e-mail you a new copy of your transcript.

Please make sure to fill in the conference name and year of the event, so we can send you the appropriate information.  If you have any questions, please contact Cathy White.

2018 GEMSA Providers & Educators Conference - Session Evaluations and CE Certificates Available

For the 2018 GEMSA Providers & Educators Conference, we have partnered with Medic-CE in order to prepare the session evaluations and certificates more efficiently.  You should have received an email from Medic-CE with an invitation link to set your password on your account.  If you need the invitation link again, contact Mary Napier.

After logging in to your Medic-CE account, please click the EMS Course Library button to pull up your assignments from the recent GEMSA conference. Click the Take Exam button and then the evaluation for each assignment.  Once you complete a session evaluation, you will get an individual certificate for that session. These will be stored in your Medic-CE account, but you may choose to save or print a copy for your records.  This allows you to get a copy of your certificates whenever needed by simply logging in.

Please note:  If a class was available for dual credits, they were input with provider hours and instructor hours.  Therefore, there will be duplicate sessions in your certificate list.  The class can only be used for one type of credit with the state.

This new partnership will allow us to store your certificates in your account for many years to come.  So, if you lose a certificate or get audited and need another copy, you are able to login and get a copy quickly and easily.  We are learning the new system as well, so don't hesitate to reach out with questions to Mary Napier.

The mission of the Georgia Emergency Medical Services Association is to advocate for the emergency medical provider, develop educational programs, liaison activities, provider benefit programs, and improvements to the Emergency Medical Service System in Georgia.
