Past Conference Transcripts

If you have attended a past conference or grant funded training event hosted by the Georgia EMS Association, you were provided a continuing education transcript with a list of your continuing education hours either at the event or electronically after the event.

If you need a replacement continuing education transcript, there is a $5 charge for this service.  All you have to do is fill out the form using the button below and complete the payment information.  Within 3-5 business days of receiving your request and payment, we'll e-mail you a new copy of your transcript.
