(This is separate from a conference registration. Award finalists will be announced in Jan. 2025.)

Conference:
Wednesday, March 26 - Registration opens at 10:30 am / Opening session starts at 12 pm
Wednesday, March 26 - Exhibitor Showcase at 1:15 pm
Thursday, March 27 - Sessions from 8 am - 5 pm
Friday, March 28 - Conference ends at 12 pm

This conference provides two valuable days of thought-provoking sessions along with the opportunity to network with other EMS professionals and industry leaders.

Conference Deadlines

  • February 28, 2025 - Early Registration Deadline
    (price increases by $50 on March 1)
  • February 28, 2025 - Cancellation Deadline

  • March 14, 2025 - Payment Deadline
    (To confirm your attendance, you must pay online or send your payment to the GEMSA office on or before this date.)
  • March 14, 2025 - Online registration deadline
    (after this date, you must register on-site)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in either writing or online by February 28, 2025 will receive a refund less a $50.00 administrative fee. NO REFUNDS after February 28, 2025.

Conference Rates 

$250 - GEMSA Member
$300 - Non-Member (includes a one-year GEMSA  membership in the providers or educators division.)

Standard Conference Registration includes lectures on March 26, 27 and 28; continental breakfast, lunch and dinner - March 27 & continental breakfast - March 28.

The earlybird deadline is February 28, and prices will increase $50 after that date.

Day Rates - Member / Nonmember

  • Wednesday, March 26 - $100 / $125
  • Thursday, March 27 - $175 / $200
  • Friday, March 28 - $100 / $125
All payments must be received in the GEMSA office by  March 14 to confirm your attendance at the conference.  Please mail your payment or make sure to pay online on or before March 14.
