Registration Deadline

To meet the early registration deadline, your online registration must be received on or before Aug. 31. The final exhibit registration and payment deadline is Sept. 24, 2021.

Each conference will have limited sponsor availability. Sponsorships will be awarded on a first come first serve basis. Corporate sponsors will receive premium exhibitor locations and will be assigned first.

Vehicle Booths

Vehicles will be allowed indoors in the exhibit hall and will have a 20'x20' space with a table and chairs.  If you are bringing a vehicle, you must be available to bring in the vehicle on Saturday, Oct. 9 in the evening. Exact times to be determined. Also, review the vehicle requirements here.

We will do our best to accommodate you, but space will be given to sponsors first, then first come first serve. The diagram may have to be adjusted to accommodate the number of corporate sponsors.  BOOTH SPACE WILL NOT BE RESERVED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.

Conference Booth Options

All booths come with: pipe & draping, one table, and two chairs, AND ONE MEAL TICKET. Electricity, additional tables, and additional meal tickets are extra costs. All space is available on a first come, first serve basis.

Early Registration - by August 31

  • Standard Booth- 10’x10’ - $850
  • Large Booth- 10’x20’ - $1250
  • Vehicle Booth - 20’x20’ (inside space for ambulance with table/chairs) - $1550

After Aug. 31, all booth prices increase by $200.

  • Meal Ticket(s) $45.00 each
  • Additional Table in your booth $60.00 each
The final exhibit registration and payment deadline is Sept. 24, 2021. Your payment must be received by Sept. 24, 2021 or there will not be a space for you.

    Shipping/Ordering Additional Booth Items

    We are pleased to announce that PRX Exposition Services has been named as the official general service contractor for the 2021 GEMSA Conference. PRX offers a paperless service kit for renting additional furnishings or arranging material handling for a successful event. We encourage you to use their safe and secure website to place your order through a customized login link that will be emailed to all vendors after your booth registration is confirmed. PRX will begin sending emails to the registered exhibitor contact starting Monday, August 9, 2021. If you do not receive the email from PRX, please check your Spam or Clutter filters for an email titled “Access to PRX Exposition Services".     Exhibit Booth Cancellation/Refund Policy

    Refunds (less a $100 processing fee) will be made for exhibit registration cancellations made in writing to Mary Napier, GEMSA Communications Specialist ( more than 30 days before the conference. If it is within 30 days of the conference, no refunds will be given.

    Continuing Education Hours

    Continuing education will not be provided for exhibitors. If you would like continuing education hours, you must register as an attendee for the conference. We apologize for any inconvenience.

    Donations for Give-a-ways

    Each year exhibitors like to donate items to be given away during the conference. Please collect names or contact information at your booth. On the last morning of the conference, we will let you draw a winner on stage at the beginning of a session. See GEMSA staff at the conference to schedule your drawing.

    Hotel - Make reservations

    There are no hotels connected to the Convention Center, however, there are lots of lodging options available on Jekyll Island.  We have negotiated room blocks with several hotels to fit a variety of budgets and types of rooms needed.
