Early Registration Deadline is September 15

To meet the early registration deadline, your online registration must be received on or before Sept. 15. The final exhibit registration and payment deadline is Oct. 2, 2023.

Each conference will have limited sponsor availability. Sponsorships will be awarded on a first come first serve basis. Corporate sponsors will receive premium exhibitor locations and will be assigned first.

We will do our best to accommodate you, but space will be given to sponsors first, then first come first serve. The diagram may have to be adjusted to accommodate the number of corporate sponsors.  BOOTH SPACE WILL NOT BE RESERVED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.

Conference Booth Options

All booths come with: pipe & draping, one table, and two chairs, WIFI, AND ONE MEAL TICKET. Electricity, additional tables, and additional meal tickets are extra costs. All space is available on a first come, first serve basis.

Early Registration - by Sept. 15

  • Standard Booth- 10’x10’ - $900
  • Large Booth- 10’x20’ - $1300
  • Vehicle Booth - 10’x10’ (outside space and inside booth) - $1600

After Sept. 15, all booth prices increase by $200.

Add-On Options

  • Electrical Outlet - $100.00 each
  • Meal Ticket - $60.00 each
  • Additional Table in your booth - $60.00 each
The final exhibit registration and payment deadline is Oct. 2, 2023. Your payment must be received by Oct. 2, 2023 or there will not be a space for you.

    • 10:00 am - 1:00 pm Exhibit Booth Move-in/Setup
      You must be setup and ready to go at 1 pm.
    • 1:15-2:00 pm Exhibit Hall Grand Opening & Exhibitor Showcase
    • 3:00-3:30 pm Break in Exhibit Hall
    • 4:30-5:00 pm Break in Exhibit Hall

    • 7:15-8:00 am Continental Breakfast in Exhibit Hall
    • 9:00-9:30 am Break
    • 10:30-11:00 am Break
    • 11:30 Vendors with Meal Tickets may eat lunch first
    • 12:00-1:15 pm Attendee Lunch & Exhibitor Time
    • 2:15-2:45 pm Break
    • 3:45-4:15 pm Final Break
    • 4:15 pm Exhibit Hall closes and breakdown begins
    • 8:00 pm Live Band/Entertainment and Networking Event on the Beach (feel free to come hang out)

      Shipping/Ordering Additional Booth Items

      Shipping information will be posted as soon as it is available.

      Exhibit Booth Cancellation/Refund Policy

      Refunds (less a $100 processing fee) will be made for exhibit registration cancellations made in writing to Mary Napier, GEMSA Communications Specialist (communications@georgiaemsassociation.com) more than 30 days before the conference. If it is within 30 days of the conference, no refunds will be given.

      Continuing Education Hours

      Continuing education will not be provided for exhibitors. If you would like continuing education hours, you must register as an attendee for the conference. We apologize for any inconvenience.

      Donations for Give-a-ways

      Each year exhibitors like to donate items to be given away during the conference. Please collect names or contact information at your booth. On the last afternoon of the conference, we will let you draw a winner and help you make an announcement if needed. See GEMSA staff at the conference to schedule your drawing.

      Hotel - Make reservations

      There are no hotels connected to the Convention Center, however, there are lots of lodging options available on Jekyll Island.  We have negotiated room blocks with several hotels to fit a variety of budgets and types of rooms needed.
