Registration Deadline

The registration and payment deadline is Sept. 25, 2020.  

BOOTH SPACE WILL NOT BE RESERVED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.

Each conference will have limited sponsor availability. Sponsorships will be awarded on a first come first serve basis. Corporate sponsors will receive premium exhibitor locations and will be assigned first.

On the registration form, you will be allowed to give us your top three booth preferences.  View the diagram here (once available).

We will do our best to accommodate you, but space will be given to sponsors first, then first come first serve. So, make sure you register as soon as you can. BOOTH SPACE WILL NOT BE RESERVED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.

Conference Booth Options

Standard Booth $800 - Main Floor Atrium LevelStandard Booth space is 6x10 or 8x10 feet (depending on facility availability) with pipe and draping. Booth space includes one table and two chairs. 

Standard Booth $600 - Second Floor
Standard Booth space is 6x10 or 8x10 feet (depending on facility availability) with pipe and draping. Booth space includes one table and two chairs. 

Vehicle Space $900
Vehicle spaces are located outside the conference facility. These spaces are limited and will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. A standard booth is included in the vendor area (on the second floor).

    (no meal tickets are included with the booth fee)

Exhibitor Schedule

Exhibitor Set Up: Sunday, October 11, 2020  7:00 AM - 10:30 AM

Please check in at the GEMSA Conference Exhibitor Registration table located at the entrance of the atrium area.  Vendor registration will be open 7:00 AM - 10:30 AM on Sunday, Oct. 11, 2020. When checking in, you will receive a conference packet. A select number of name badges will be printed upon request while supplies last.  A member from GEMSA will assist in directing you to your assigned booth area and will make sure you have everything you need. The Exhibit Area will be located in the atrium, so attendees could be wondering around.  However, the exhibit area doesn't open until 10:30 am. 

Sunday, Oct. 11, 2020*
*New schedule from years past allows you the same amount of time with attendees, but no exhibit hours on the last day of the conference.

10:30 am - Exhibit Hall Open
1:15-1:45 pm - Break
2:45-3:30 pm - Break & Exhibitor Showcase
4:30-5:00 pm - Break

Monday, Oct. 12, 2020

7:30-8:00 am - Continental Breakfast in Exhibit Hall
9:15-9:45 am - Break
10:45-11:15 am - Break
12:15-1:30 pm - Lunch & Exhibitor Time
2:30-3:00 pm - Break
4:00-4:30 pm - Final Break
4:30 pm - Exhibit hall closes and breakdown begins

Breakfast and attendee breaks (shown above) will be in the exhibit hall throughout the day.

Exhibit Booth Cancellation/Refund Policy

Refunds (less a $100 processing fee) will be made for exhibit registration cancellations made in writing to Mary Napier, GEMSA Communications Specialist (communications@georgiaemsassociation.com) more than 30 days before the conference. If it is within 30 days of the conference, no refunds will be given.

Name Badges

Name badges will be printed at the conference, upon request only, with limited quantities available.

Continuing Education Hours

Continuing education will not be provided for exhibitors. If you would like continuing education hours, you must register as an attendee for the conference. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Donations for Give-a-ways

Each year exhibitors like to donate items to be given away during the conference. Please collect names or contact information at your booth. On the last morning of the conference, we will let you draw a winner on stage at the beginning of a session. See GEMSA staff at the conference to schedule your drawing.
